I come from a background of Psychology and Sales, as I am currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and have various experience within the sales industry.
I come from a big family, spending most of my spare time connecting with family and friends. I love being active and most weekends are spent outdoors, doing bush walks, playing sports or going to the beach.
My role is to ensure families get the best care and support by providing an experienced Nanny who would fit in well with the family.
Jacquelyn Nielsen - Payroll Administrator
I am pleased to be part of the Red Robin Nanny and Au Pair Agency Ltd team. My background is mostly payroll, along with banking and office administration. I am also a mum to four wonderful children Shaun, Serena, Olivia and Mason.
We live north of Auckland in Whangaparaoa. My spare time is spent with family and friends, going to the beach, watching movies and I enjoy cooking for my family although it feels more like cooking for an army sometimes.

I come from a background of early childhood where I have had 12 years of experience working in various centres. My passion is seeing how children grow and supporting them in their learning journey. I believe children learn best with positive relationships and everyday experiences that provide opportunities for them to develop and grow to be the best that they can be. In my role as visiting teacher I am excited to support, encourage and meet all our families, nannies and au pairs.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and exploring different beaches.
Sharlene Bell - Visiting Teacher
Hi my name is Shar and I'm really excited to be joining the team at Red Robin as a Visiting Teacher. I have over 20 years experience working in Early Childhood, including work as a nanny, kindergarten teacher, childcare teacher and creche manager.
I am passionate about working with children and families and am committed to providing them with quality care and experiences. I believe children learn best through play, positive relationships and a safe and interesting environment. As a visiting teacher I aim to support our educators in their role so they can provide those experiences and foster the learning of the children in their care.When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my husband and two teenage children. I enjoy paddle boarding, walking, yoga and relaxing with friends.
Emily Murch - Director (Funding Administrator & Recruitment Support)
Emily comes from a background of Early Childhood Teaching having completed her B.ed degree in 2005 and has had a variety of different roles within the Early Childhood sector. She is passionate about supporting children, nannies and au pairs and believe's that the best place for children to learn is in the home environment, where they feel safe and secure.
Emily is a Mum to Molly who is 1 and enjoys crochet, up-cycling furiture and pilates in her spare time.

Julia Ross - Director (Recruitment Consultant)
Julia is a fully qualified Early Childhood Teacher with a Bachelor of Education. She has worked in a range of Early Childhood environments from private childcare centres in New Zealand with children aged 0 to 5, along with nannying for private families in the United Kingdom and teaching preschool and new entrance classes.
Julia's role is to ensure that the highest standards for our Early Childhood programme are carried out throughout Auckland.
When Julia is not at work, she enjoys socialising with her friends and family, yoga and travel.
