Support Angel Tree Aotearoa this Christmas
This year Red Robin Nanny Agency is proud to be supporting Angel Tree Aotearoa - a national programme for children who have a parent in prison. Angel Tree is an incredible charity which gives a Christmas gift to children from their parent in prison, helping to connect whole communities through love and support.
The programme incorporates; a Christmas gift from their parent in prison, whanau/family camps, back-to-school support (stationery and fees), counselling and access to tutoring, access to health providers, whanau/families shared meals and experiences as well as provision of developmental tools such as dealing with bullying, anger management and stigma issues, self-esteem and Tree of Life counselling.
Angel Tree's aim is to:

Help reduce the rate of children with a parent in prison ending up in prison themselves.

Support whānau/families with resources, tools and knowledge to increase their resiliency.

Increase community wellbeing, participation, inclusion and identity through our volunteers.
