Multiples Funding

 

'Little Robins' is our free home-based education programme, which is fully funded and licensed through the Ministry of Education. By joining Little Robins, families with children aged 0 - 5 will be eligible to receive up to 30 hours of government subsidies (ECE) per week, for each child. Families with multiples are eligible for 240 hours of WINZ 'home help' government support, competitive subsidy rates, and pay zero placement fees with Red Robin. You will be supported by the Red Robin team & will enjoy a range of benefits. Your nanny/au pair will be supported by their own fully qualified ECE teacher in facilitating the Little Robins home-based education programme*. Families who already have a nanny or au pair in place are also welcome to join the Little Robins programme. With Red Robin, your child has the ability to develop & grow in a home environment that is safe, secure & chosen by you.

*Must be enrolled in Little Robins home-based care for a minimum of 12 hours per week.

Subsidies Available

+ 0 - 3 years $1.00 per hour, up to 30h p/w

+ 3 - 5 years $4.25 per hour, up to 20h p/w

Multiples Subsidies

An additional subsidy administered by WINZ is available.

This subsidy is non-income tested for families of multiples with an older child under the age of 5. You are able to receive up to 240 hours of subsidised care (for twins) or 1560 hours of subsidised care (for triplets) at a rate of $16.77 per hour.
