Red Robin is an Auckland-based, boutique Nanny Agency, which means we operate on a smaller scale than some of our peers. We are proud to be 100% Kiwi owned and operated. Every member of the Red Robin team has experience in the childcare industry, which inspires us to provide enjoyable experiences for every educator on our service. 

We personally interview all our nannies, taking the time to get to know them individually. This means that we can match them with the right family - ensuring that they are happy and settled in a job they love.

 

We provide our nannies with ongoing development and support, with a team of highly qualified teachers visiting nannies through our Little Robins home-based service on a monthly basis, once they are introduced to a family. Red Robin Nanny Agency does not charge nannies a registration fee or take a cut of their wages. Nannies on our service must be over 17 years of age, have at least 1 year of professional childcare experience, in addition to being vetted by police services and holding a Child First Aid qualification. We recommend that nannies looking to pressure a long term career in early childhood study at Level 4 ECE with an accredited provider.
