Julia Ross - Director
Julia is a fully qualified Early Childhood Teacher with a Bachelor of Education. She has worked in a range of Early Childhood environments from private childcare centres in New Zealand with children aged 0 to 5, along with Nannying for private families in the United Kingdom and teaching preschool and new entrance classes.
Julia's role is to ensure that the highest standards for our Early Childhood programme are carried out throughout Auckland.
When Julia is not at work, she enjoys socialising with her friends and family, yoga and travel.

Emily Murch - Director
Emily comes from a background of Early Childhood Teaching having completed her B.ed degree in 2005 and has had a variety of different roles within the Early Childhood sector.
She is passionate about supporting children, Nannies and Au Pairs. Emily believes that the best place for children to learn is in the home environment, where they feel safe and secure.
Emily is a Mum of two (aged 3 and 9 months) and enjoys crochet and pilates in her spare time.

Saskia Yates - Recruitment Consultant
Saskia comes from a background in both Childcare and Management, providing her with a wide range of skills that she employs in her current role. Saskia completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Cultural Anthropology & Communications at The University of Auckland and has been working at Red Robin for two years.
Saskia is passionate about creating 'powerful partnerships',
facilitating the perfect match between Red Robin Educators & Families who are looking for a boutique childcare experience.
In her spare time Saskia enjoys cooking, practicing Yoga, and reading a good book with cup of tea in hand.

Lauren Severs - Education Manager
After almost 2 years working as a Visiting Teacher at Red Robin I am excited to be progressing into my new role as Education Manager. I have 10 years experience working as an Early Childhood teacher in centres, and later in a home environment as a nanny. I have a Bachelors in Teaching, a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance Counselling, and am currently studying towards my Masters Degree.
I am passionate about mentoring educators and nannies as they support children to explore the world with wonder and curiosity and achieve their potential.
My weekends involve quality time spent with family, reading, scrapbooking and being out in nature.
Caroline Lynskey - Visiting Teacher
I come from a background in Early Childhood Education and have almost ten years experience working with children aged from 3 months old to five years old. I am passionate about fostering children's confidence, creativity and curiosity. I look forward to working alongside our nannies and educators and support them in continuing to provide high quality care for children and their families.
I am a Mum of two children (aged 4 years and 6 months) who keep me very busy! In my spare time I love to spend quality time with family and friends as well as explore new places.

Sarah Waldman - Visiting Teacher
I have many years of experience nurturing and supporting children as they learn and grow. This journey started as a nanny and most recently as a teacher working in an early childhood education setting. I have a Bachelor of Education (Honours) in Primary School teaching and a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
I am a mum of a very active one year old who keeps life busy and interesting. I look forward to building relationships and working in collaborative partnerships with educators, tamariki and their whanau.
