Julia Ross - Director
Julia is a fully qualified Early Childhood Teacher with a Bachelor of Education. She has worked in a range of Early Childhood environments for over 15 years; from private childcare centres in New Zealand with children aged 0 to 5, along with Nannying for private families in the United Kingdom and teaching preschool and new entrance classes.
Julia's role is to ensure that the highest standards for our Early Childhood programme are carried out throughout Auckland.
When Julia is not at work, she enjoys socialising with her friends and family, yoga and travel.

Emily Murch - Director
Emily comes from a background of Early Childhood Teaching having completed her B.ed degree in 2005 and has had a variety of different roles within the Early Childhood sector.
She is passionate about supporting children, Nannies and Au Pairs. Emily believes that the best place for children to learn is in the home environment, where they feel safe and secure.
Emily is a Mum of three (aged 5, and 3, and 2 months) and enjoys crochet and pilates in her spare time.

Saskia Yates - Recruitment Consultant
Saskia comes from a background in both Childcare and Management, providing her with a wide range of skills that she employs in her current role. Saskia completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Cultural Anthropology & Communications at The University of Auckland and has been working at Red Robin since 2017.
Saskia is passionate about creating 'powerful partnerships',
facilitating the perfect match between Red Robin Educators & Families who are looking for a boutique childcare experience.
In her spare time Saskia enjoys cooking, photography, and reading a good book with cup of tea in hand.

Lauren Severs - Education Manager
Lauren is a fully qualified Early Childhood Teacher with a Bachelor of Education and a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance Counseling.
She has over 10 years experience working with children and leading teams in daycare and has also worked in home based care as a nanny.
Lauren joined Red Robin in 2017 as a Visiting Teacher and is currently our Education Manager and Parent Coach. She has worked as a Toolbox Parent Course Facilitator, equipping whanau with practical strategies to navigate their parenting journey and is passionate about mentoring and coaching individuals to realize their strengths, achieve their goals and harness their potential.
Lauren is a Mum of one teenage girl and enjoys quality time with her family and pets, reading, home organisation and being out in nature during her spare time.
Caroline Lynskey - Visiting Teacher
I come from a background in Early Childhood Education and have almost ten years experience working with children aged from 3 months old to five years old. I am passionate about fostering children's confidence, creativity and curiosity. I look forward to working alongside our nannies and educators and support them in continuing to provide high quality care for children and their families.
I am a Mum of two children (aged 4 years and 6 months) who keep me very busy! In my spare time I love to spend quality time with family and friends as well as explore new places.

Sarah Waldman - Visiting Teacher
I have many years of experience nurturing and supporting children as they learn and grow. This journey started as a nanny and most recently as a teacher working in an early childhood education setting. I have a Bachelor of Education (Honours) in Primary School teaching and a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
I am a mum of a very active one year old who keeps life busy and interesting. I look forward to building relationships and working in collaborative partnerships with educators, tamariki and their whanau.
